I was advised of Jenny’s work by a fellow of the Noble Park RSL and at first was very doubtful. I am a Vietnam Veteran who experienced some severe stressors during my SVN service and have carried these many problems since.
I have been assisted by many medical specialists over the years and received expert treatment and advice but the events of SVN still remained in my mind.
After my first session with Jenny and her Emotional Freedom Techniques, I realised that changes had taken place in my mind. Subsequent sessions definitely relieved me of these severe stressors and even though I made efforts to recall them, they had disappeared from my mind.
My whole lifestyle has changed due to my EFT sessions with Jenny and I can happily recommend this techinique to all Veterans suffering PTSD and associated anxiety/depression disorders.
