For as long as I can remember, the thought of injections sent me into a spiral of panic, anxiety and nausea.  My overwhelming fear got to the stage where it was suggested that I try an EFT treatment.

I had no previous knowledge or experience with the method, but I was willing to give anything a try. I found it very quick, simple, and easy to undergo. The whole process was very focused, and worked to directly uncover the foundation and reasoning of my problem, and how to overcome it.

The treatment made me realise that since I had no idea why I feared needles, there was no reason why I should have any problems with them. It made me understand that there was nothing to panic about, and that to be still scared was ridiculous.

I always wanted to get a tattoo, and the treatment finally enabled me to go through with it. I am very happy with the results, though I wouldn’t say I am totally cured of my fear of needles. Now, 2 years after the treatment, I can still get injections with little stress. My fear hasn’t completely gone, it is now more of a slight dislike than a deep anxiety. I feel that I have been helped enormously!
